As part of the Free State of Saxony’s university innovation strategy and the funding provided by the Saxon State Ministry of Science, Culture, and Tourism (SMWK) to strengthen knowledge transfer structures, HSZG is strategically expanding its knowledge transfer activities. The goal is to sustainably establish an impact-oriented transfer management system and to further raise the university’s profile as a key innovation and development partner for the region.
The position holder supports the university leadership in the strategic development, management, and evaluation of knowledge, technology, and innovation transfer at the University of Zittau/Görlitz. The role involves developing concepts and management tools, overseeing the implementation of Saxony’s university innovation strategy, initiating strategic partnerships, and analyzing and further developing university-wide transfer structures.
In this role, the incumbent (m/f/d) will be responsible in particular for the following tasks: |
Strategic Development and Transfer Management
Implementation of the Saxony University Innovation Strategy
Monitoring, Reporting, and Impact Measurement
Collaborations and Network Management
Project Development and Third-Party Funding
Event and Knowledge Transfer Formats
Communication and Training
Structural Development of Knowledge Transfer
Analysis and Future Development
Fund Management and Documentation (SMWK Allocation)

Salary will be up to Pay Grade 13 under the TV-L collective bargaining agreement, provided the personal qualifications are met. The primary place of work is Zittau.
