Erasmus+ teaching mobility

Erasmus+ supports visiting faculty positions for lecturers and researchers at European partner universities that hold a valid Erasmus University Charter (ECHE).

The Erasmus+ STA program promotes mobility and facilitates academic exchange and the discovery of new perspectives. The key benefits of an Erasmus stay include expanding and deepening professional networks and strengthening one’s own expertise.

Through their stay, visiting lecturers are expected to strengthen the European dimension of the host university, complement its teaching units, and share their expertise with students who do not wish to or are unable to study abroad.
This should include the development of joint study programs between the two partner universities and the exchange of teaching content and methods.
