Campus with child
At both locations—Görlitz and Zittau—a wide range of services make family life on campus easier. Both student canteens are located in close proximity to the various buildings, and there are also attractive and affordable apartments and dormitories available. In addition to online counseling through its website, the Dresden 'Studentenwerk' (student union) also offers in-person counseling at both locations in Zittau and Görlitz.
Existing offers
- On the Görlitz campus, changing tables are available in the spacious accessible restrooms on the ground floor of the “Blue Box” (Building GI) and in the student canteen.
- At the Zittau campus, a changing table is available in the generously sized accessible restroom in the student canteen.
- In both Zittau and Görlitz, high chairs are available at all times in the student canteen for dining with children. The cafeteria staff will heat up any baby food you bring with you. For preschool-aged children, a children’s portion is available for 1.00 euros (children’s plate) when purchased with an adult meal.
