This course provides you with the skills you need to independently define, plan, execute, evaluate, and complete projects within a company

Technical and practical knowledge in:

• Project initiation and definition
• Project planning
• Project execution and management
• Project closure

Prerequisites for participation

Regular attendance in the class / course and successful completion of the examination component for Module 287750, “Project Management: Methods and Processes,” or proof of adequate knowledge

Target Audience

Master’s students in the integrated management systems degree programme, or students in other degree programmes who have taken the aforementioned module as an elective
