How can inclusive higher education didactics be designed to make targeted use of the potential of diversity for the development of skilled workers? Between a lack of enrolments, students dropping out, unequal educational opportunities and a growing shortage of skilled workers, universities are faced with the challenge of designing study conditions in such a way that they both enable individual participation and meet social needs. The Teaching Day is dedicated to the question of how university teaching can be strategically developed further - in order to strengthen academic success and train graduates for the key professional fields of our time.
