A-4026-MFO Technical Support and Provision of Internet/Wi-Fi for the Event
Scope of the Contract:
Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences intends to procure a stable, temporary Internet and Wi-Fi solution, as well as technical support during the event, for the “Ideathon” in Bogatynia, Poland from November 6, 2026, to November 8, 2026, and to provide technical support during the event.
Event Information:
- Approx. 30 participants with their own laptops
- Use of cloud-based AI tools and online platforms
- Venue: Kulturhaus, Bogatynia, Poland
- Event dates: November 6, 2026–November 8, 2026
- Setup on November 5, 2026
Scope of Services:
- Provision of a stable internet connection, e.g., via Starlink, 4G/5G, or a combination thereof- Professional Wi-Fi for all participants
- Sufficient bandwidth for concurrent cloud and AI applications
- Setup, configuration, and teardown
- Technical support during the event
- Preliminary assessment of Wi-Fi coverage in the building, e.g., based on floor plans, room specifications, or photos (
