At the Makerspace, we’ll be presenting the teacher training degree programme for high schools with a focus on special needs education. Prospective students, parents, and career changers can learn about the curriculum, subject combinations, and career prospects, and talk with faculty and students. Those who are interested can also gain hands-on insight into textile design and create a small sewing project together with students. It’s a good opportunity to get creative and learn more about the program.

CELSIUZ turns into a game lab. Here, you can try out science for yourself and have fun doing it. In the Beer Game, you’ll experience how a supply chain works. Working together as a team, your goal is to meet customer demand while keeping an eye on storage costs. In interactive energy system games, you’ll keep the grid frequency stable, expand energy production, and make smart use of transmission grids. You can also take a quick break at CELSIUZ to refill your water bottle or grab a coffee. - DLR_School_Lab Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences ( Building 9, 2nd floor)
At the new DLR_School_Lab, visitors can experience exciting experiments in science and technology. Among other things, the lab features demonstrations on heat pumps, microscopy, infrared radiation, plant fibers, vacuums, and thin-layer chromatography.
