Sometimes the path to founding your own company feels like a journey through unknown territory. It's good to have someone at your side to guide you! You are welcome to come to the start-up consultancy with whatever is on your mind - regardless of whether you are just getting your idea out of your head and into the world or are already in the middle of a project.

Your consulting path is as individual as you are. Together, we will take a look at where you are, what drives you and where the path should take you. We take time for all the topics that will really help you move forward:

In the initial consultation, we look together at where you currently stand. I then put everything together so that it suits you and your situation exactly. You will be provided with methods, templates and checklists to guide you - so that you can progress at your own pace and continue to develop your business later on.

At the end, you will have your own finished business plan in your hands - as a compass for your next step.

You may be asking yourself: What do I get out of start-up advice, regardless of whether I start a business? Above all, the Start-up Academy wants to strengthen, inspire and encourage you. To this end, there is a colorful selection of events that you can attend - whenever you need fresh input.

My consulting process always remains open-ended. There is no compulsion and no "right or wrong":

• It's great if you start a business after the consultation.
• It's just as rewarding if you decide to start a business alongside your job.
• It's perfectly fine if your idea still needs time and will only mature later.
• It is valuable to recognize when your idea is not (yet) viable.
• And that's also a good thing: You are allowed to stop the process at any time if you feel that your path is different right now.

It is important to me to show you your options - and what you learn here about starting up, entrepreneurship and yourself will also accompany you on other paths. Take your chance to work on your idea now, practically and without risk, and to strengthen your strengths!

The start-up consultancy grows with you - no matter where you are or what background you have. The offer is aimed at:

• Students of all disciplines
• Graduates (up to 10 years after graduation)
• Doctoral candidates (up to 10 years after completing their doctorate)
• Academic staff and former employees (up to 10 years after the end of their employment)

The only important thing is that your main or secondary residence is in the Free State of Saxony.
