Course Objective

This course provides you with the skills needed to independently consolidate quality, environmental, energy, and occupational safety management systems into an integrated management system (IMS) within an organization and to conduct internal audits of that system

Acquired Skills

• Nature, effects, and necessity of an IMS Potential and degrees of integration using the example of quality, environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety management systems
• Structure of an IMS Implementation of integration in management, core, and supporting processes
• Requirements for documentation; creation of sample integrated policy and evidence documents
• Planning, conducting, and documenting integrated system audits

Prerequisites for Participation

Successful completion of at least two of the TÜV courses offered in the Master’s program (exceptions: Project Management and Sustainability Management), regular attendance at the class / course, and successful completion of the examination component for the modules
