PROMOS

The program is advertised annually within the university in late autumn for the coming calendar year.

Application deadline for students and university lecturers: 31.01.2026

The aim of the Promos program is to increase student mobility. The program is intended to make an important contribution to this with scholarships for stays abroad and enable significantly more mobility for students at German universities. The scholarships are awarded by the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences in a quality-oriented and performance-related selection process.

The following activities can currently be funded within the framework of PROMOS:

• Study visits worldwide - outside Europe - (1 to 4 months)
• Internships worldwide - outside Europe - (1 to 5 months)

Study or internship places must be organized independently, PROMOS is a purely financial support.

Furthermore, 1-2 study trips can be funded if required. The application must be submitted by a university lecturer.
