All members of the Zittau/Görlitz University and the International University Institute, as well as former university employees, are eligible to participate. Students from other institutions may also use the university’s sports facilities if space is available. An enrolment certificate for the current semester serves as proof of eligibility.

Registration for university sports is available exclusively online for HSZG students and staff. After registering online, the fee must be paid at one of the payment terminals within the next 7 days; otherwise, the registration will be automatically canceled once the deadline has passed.

3. Pay the fee at the terminal (keep your receipt)
4. A payment confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours
5. Please bring your registration confirmation to the course (proof)

The payment terminals are located in Zittau in Building Z I, Room 0.27, and in Görlitz in Building GII, Room 12 (copy room). The terminals are available all day and operate independently of the University Sports office hours.

Cancellation of paid sports courses is only possible within 14 days of the course start date (sport@hszg.de). Payments already made cannot generally be refunded after the 14-day period has expired.
