Erasmus+ guest students

To study at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences as an exchange student, you must first be officially nominated by your designated coordinator. Nominations must be submitted via email and must include

• Last Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Email address
• Degree program at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences

to be sent to Ms. Kunze (s.kunze@hszg.de).

Step 2 – Application

Once you have been successfully nominated by your home university, Ms. Kunze will send you a link to the program guide and the online application form.

Only after you have carefully read the program guide should you fill out all required fields marked with an * in the online application and submit it.

After you submit your application, you’ll receive an email asking you to register on the mobility portal. This is a two-step process:

Once you’ve registered, you can log in directly to the Mobility Portal. There, you’ll be guided step by step through the rest of the application process. Important documents you should have ready to upload include:

• Application photo
• Learning Agreement (we’ll send you a template after you register)
• Bachelor’s degree certificate (for Master’s students)

Incomplete applications will not be processed!
