In future, the Digital Service Center will combine the University Data Centre, the Center for eLearning, administrative IT and process management into a single, powerful unit. From 1 September 2026, it will become the central driving force behind the digital transformation of the HSZG: it will modernize systems, simplify processes, ensure greater transparency and create the technical prerequisites for a future-proof, networked university.
The establishment of the Digital Service Center is being prepared by an interdisciplinary project team. This team is jointly developing the future structure, tasks, processes and organizational integration of the center.
The project team was commissioned by the University Development Planning Steering Committee to prepare for the establishment of the Digital Service Center on 1 September 2026 and to accompany the gradual start of the Center's work.
The internal area provides an overview of the structure and process organization of the Digital Service Center. It contains information on responsibilities, contact persons, work packages, milestones and the planned steps in the transition phase. This enables all members of the HSCG to understand how the center is being set up, which tasks have already been taken on and how the gradual start of work will take place.
