The Zittauer Tor neighborhood offers over 30 shared rooms for students. Our offerings are specifically tailored to the needs of young residents. For example, the rooms come fully equipped with a kitchen, and electricity costs are already included.

The guest house offers students 9 single rooms and 3 double rooms, as well as a kitchen and a common room.

If you move to Zittau or Görlitz, you can transfer your main residence to your new place of residence. This will save you the secondary residence tax. In Zittau, there is an additional EUR 50 per year for students whose main residence is in the respective city, which you can apply for at the beginning of the year.
