work placement semester
All degree programmes require students to complete work placement semesters or practical study periods. These are a mandatory component of the degree programme. The requirements for work placement semesters or practical study periods are specified in more detail in the university’s internship regulations or in the regulations for individual degree programmes. In some cases, a work placement semester abroad may even be required. Information on this is available from the deans of studies and the practical training coordinators (see also the overview of the faculties’ practical training coordinators).
