2nd advanced course (2024): Systemic counselor (DGsP)

Completed basic course "Systemic work in child and youth welfare - educational support" (150 WE*)

Dates:

Oct. 19–21, 2023: Module 1 “Role”: Module “Role”
Jan. 25–27, 2024: Module 2 “Supervision”
Apr. 25–27, 2024: Module 3 “Working in Space”
June 10–12, 2024: Module 4 “Grief and Loss”
August 22–24, 2024: Module 5 “Role/Counseling”

Daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
; on the third day of each module, until 4:30 p.m.

Requirements (in addition to participation in the modules):

• 2. Documentation of a counseling session (live, video, or audio)
• Process coaching during the course
• At least 1 supervision case
• 50 LE* of intervision (in addition to the 50 LE* of intervision already earned in the basic course)
• 25 LE* of professional literature/independent study (in addition to the 25 LE* already earned in the basic course)
• 80–150 hours of proof of independent counseling practice (e.g., employer confirmation), depending on the certification

Upon completion of all modules of the basic and advanced courses, participants will receive a degree from Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences as a “Systemic Consultant.” With this degree, participants may apply for the DGsP umbrella organization certificate, which is subject to a fee.

The costs will be invoiced, pro rata cost sharing and payment in installments are also possible. This will be communicated in the 1st module.
