Course of study

Your studies are divided into three consecutive phases that systematically develop you into a business administration specialist. In the first four semesters, you will acquire a broad foundation in business administration. You will learn about all core areas of business administration - from marketing and corporate management to accounting, business informatics and HR management. This is supplemented by important basics in economics, law, mathematics and statistics as well as business English.

In the subsequent specialization course (5th and 6th semesters), you specialize according to your personal interests and career goals. You choose two out of six possible majors and expand your profile with suitable compulsory elective modules. Whether you choose Controlling of Sustainable Companies, Finance or Marketing in the Digital Age - this is where you set the course for your professional future. The business simulation, in which you make complex economic decisions and analyze their effects, is particularly practical. In the final seventh semester, you will complete a company internship in which you will apply the knowledge you have acquired in a company of your choice and gain your first professional experience. The Bachelor thesis is the crowning degree of your studies and demonstrates your ability to work on a business problem scientifically.
