Training Objective

Risk assessment forms the foundation of occupational safety and health. Based on the identified risk factors, risk assessment measures must be developed that cover all areas of occupational safety and health—from occupational health preventive care, through inspection requirements and operating instructions, to technical and organizational changes. Compliance with occupational safety and health association regulations and legal requirements is just as important as assessing employees’ individual performance capabilities. New challenges are currently emerging, such as those posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. These must also be taken into account when conducting the risk assessment.

Training Content

Using practical examples, the seminar demonstrates and teaches how to conduct a risk assessment, including the implementation of the resulting necessary actions. Specific issues arising from the COVID-19 situation will be addressed.
