Training objective

Advising, coaching, supporting or would it be better to take responsibility for "everything"? It is not easy for representatives in management systems to position themselves in day-to-day business. The official job description is hardly enough to effectively negotiate cooperation with the line. As a result, there is no end to the stress and every new division of tasks harbors new potential for conflict.

With the term "role", the current management system standards (e.g. DIN ISO 9001:2015, 5.3) provide us with an instrument to create more clarity. Properly reflected upon, it offers representatives a secure and resilient starting position for operational cooperation.
