The future post holder has the appointment area "Inclusion and Participation" with a focus on:

• Theories, concepts, methods and professional development in the field of curative and inclusive education,
• Curative and inclusive education in the areas and phases of development,
• Participation-oriented diagnostics and/or didactics in the context of special and inclusive education

in lectures, seminars, exercises, internships and projects as well as in continuing education. For this purpose, experience in empirical social research in the field of special and inclusive education should be available.

Appointment requirements

• A completed university degree in the field of education/social sciences,
• a proven pedagogical aptitude in teaching or training,
• special aptitude for academic work, which is usually demonstrated by the quality of a doctorate,
• special achievements in the application or development of scientific knowledge and methods in a professional practice in the field of special and inclusive education, usually lasting five years, whereby at least three years must have been spent outside the university sector.

• If applicable, the ability to teach classes / courses in areas related to the field of appointment,
• the ability and willingness to teach in English,
• the continuous commitment to carry out independent research and development tasks in the field of appointment in addition to your teaching duties,
• active participation in the International Affairs of the university and the further development of the subject area,
• the assumption of tasks in academic self-administration and
• active participation in knowledge and technology transfer projects.
