Young people and students from Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences are continuing to prepare the Future Congress in Production II and have been working on Weißwasser as a place of transformation
From April 23 to 26, young people from the border triangle and students from the HSZG met for "Future Production II" to jointly prepare the "Future Congress", which will take place on June 18 at Telux in Weißwasser.
In various working groups, young people and students prepared together for the moderation of various thematic workshops and selected artistic contributions to be shown in a supporting program on 18 June. On the site of the former glassworks, which now houses a socio-cultural center, young people from the region will come together in June with stakeholders from administration, politics and civil society to discuss the future of the region. Topics will include shaping sustainable, future-oriented structural change, promoting social cohesion and discussing participation opportunities for young people. Interested young people from the region are cordially invited to take part in the congress and join in the discussions.
