The Biographical-Bibliographical Church Encyclopaedia contains around 20,000 entries on deceased personalities in church history, philosophy, history, German studies, music, painting and education. In addition to a detailed description of the lives of individuals, the encyclopedia contains a complete bibliography of all the main works of the persons listed as well as a selection of relevant secondary literature.
