This is our HoME -"House of Managers 2024". On January 10 from 3 p.m., we will open the doors of our shared home in the Kühlhaus Görlitz and take you into the world of community and creativity of the Faculty of Managerial and Cultural Studies.

Note on taking pictures during the event

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

We would like to inform you that photographs will be taken on our behalf during the event. The processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Photography serves the purposes of documenting the event, reporting, advertising subsequent events and public relations work - this may specifically include, for example, publication on a homepage, in social networks, microblogging services (Twitter) or in press releases. The person responsible for data processing under data protection law is the HSZG data protection officer.

Recipients:

The above-mentioned photos may be made available to the public (media, online publications, etc.) as part of public relations and marketing activities and may also be made available internally to employees. Selected

service providers can be used by us. We may wish to publish photos on social networks, for example. With a few exceptions, these have their server locations in the USA. There is no adequacy decision for the USA. However, all social networks known to us are certified in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield. A list of certified companies can be viewed at https://www.privacyshield.gov/.

Right to object:

As we take the photos on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object (pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR). If there are reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against the described use of your image, you can object to this on these grounds. In this case, please write to us with these reasons. We will examine them. If necessary, we will also check whether there are compelling reasons that conflict with your right to object. If we comply with your right to object, we will make you unrecognizable in images that allow your person to be identified, remove you or delete the images completely.
