Business model - the basic framework for the business plan

What value proposition do I give to which target group? What do I do myself? What do I buy?
These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In this course, you will learn about aspects of business model development based on your business idea and the "Business Model Canvas" method. This includes analyzing the value creation processes of a business idea, developing profit mechanisms and carrying out a resource analysis.
