Student podcast from the home office

Four communication psychologists report on how they and others are dealing with the challenges of the virtual semester.

Students at the HSZG have been working from home since March and were not allowed to enter the university for a long time. Four communication psychology students have produced a podcast about the challenges of working from home.

It's about healthy and effective working from home and how to manage a structured working day. Because as students, we in particular were missing the thing that gave our day order from one day to the next - the university. And because our studies fortunately continued anyway, we looked into the question of how we could best cope with this.

We asked you how you are dealing with this unfamiliar situation and collected some helpful creative ideas.

We have tried out some of them ourselves. If you are interested in finding out which methods were a real help and which you can confidently do without, you can find our podcast (2 episodes of 30 minutes each) here.

We hope you enjoy listening to it.
