to be filled for a limited period until 31.08.2028.

The Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences (HSZG) is a regionally anchored and internationally oriented university with a strong focus on applied research and teaching. As part of a comprehensive change process, the HSZG is currently designing its future structure with new faculties, degree programs and central facilities.

To support the implementation of these changes, we are looking for a committed individual to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Coordinating the implementation of the results of the university-wide change process in the Division of Studies and International Affairs in close cooperation with other divisions and the University Data Centre,
  • Managing and monitoring implementation measures and preparing the basis for decisions,
  • Coordinating the introduction of new degree programs in close coordination with faculties and administrative units,
  • Designing and optimizing administrative processes in the area of studies and teaching,
  • Moderation of coordination processes between central and decentralized actors,
  • Supporting the head of department in strategic and operational tasks.

Required knowledge and skills

  • Completed university degree (e.g. administration, management, higher education system or comparable),
  • Experience in project management, ideally in a university context,
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1).

In addition, the following are desirable

  • Knowledge of university legal framework conditions (in particular study and examination organization),
  • Experience in change or transformation processes,
  • Experience with campus management systems (e.g. HIS/EXA),
  • Knowledge of process management and/or organizational development,
  • Experience in moderating workshops and working groups.

  • Ability to coordinate and implement complex processes,

  • Willingness to work across locations.

If the personal requirements are met, remuneration will be paid up to pay group 11 TV-L. The 1st place of work is Zittau.
