Together with students and lecturers from the Faculty of Business Administration and Engineering Management, we had the opportunity to take a closer look at FIT GmbH in Hirschfelde as part of a company tour.

The visit began in the administration building with a detailed company presentation. We were given fascinating insights into the history of the company and the impressive range of products. As a nice gesture, each participant was given a small goodie.

This was followed by a tour of the production facility. It was particularly impressive to see that the plastic packaging is produced directly at the Hirschfelde site - an exciting aspect that many of the participants were not previously aware of.

We then visited the filling, packaging and warehouse. The size of the production halls and the high level of automation thanks to modern machines left a lasting impression on everyone.
