Property right applications - Part III (online)

Part III of this seminar series focuses on the topic “Non-Technical Intellectual Property Rights (Trademarks and Designs)”:

The following topics will be covered in the seminar:
- Requirements for trademark and design applications
- Trademark and design applications in Germany and abroad
- Classification systems (Nice, Vienna, and Locarno classes)
- Trademark and Design Searches
- Free and Commercial Databases

During the sessions, participants can bring up their own problems and topics and ask questions at length. All participants will receive comprehensive informational materials and a certificate of participation.

Members of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences can participate in the events offered by the Patent Information Center (PIZ). The program is free of charge for students. Staff members pay a nominal fee to cover expenses.
