Part III of this series of events deals with the topic of "Non-technical property rights (trademarks and designs)":
The following contents will be taught in the seminar:
- Protection requirements for trademark and design applications
- Trademark and design applications in Germany and abroad
- Classification systems (Nice, Vienna, Locarno classes)
- Trademark and design searches
- Free and commercial databases
In the event parts, participants can bring in their own problems and topics and ask extensive questions. All participants will receive comprehensive information material and a certificate of attendance.
Members of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences can take part in the events of the Patent Information Center (PIZ). The offer is free of charge for students. Employees pay a contribution towards expenses.
