Eastsidebrew

Eastsidebrew is an independent microbrewery that was founded in Mittelherwigsdorf in 2020. The focus is on beer culture and a variety of hand-brewed beers of great quality. All beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and not necessarily strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law.
Instead, care is taken to ensure that no extracts, artificial colorings, additives or even chemical filters are used. Natural goes further - which is why we brew according to the naturalness principle.

With Amphibienarchitektur, Tom Hohlfeld and Ralf Habel founded one of the first nature conservation startups to create regional connections between local businesses, regional nature conservation efforts, and regional educational institutions.
Fieldwork, sustainable documentation, engaging products, and more come together in this sustainable startup, which—through its two founders—also embodies the transdisciplinary synergies of old and young, innovative and experienced.
