Impulse workshop on stress and resilience

As part of the impulse workshop, you can visualize your mental stress with a self-assessment and receive initial impulses for improvement.

Begin 18. May 2022 - 16:00 Uhr
End 18. May 2022 - 19:30 Uhr

Work tasks, social relationships, work organization and the working environment all have an impact on mental stress. However, this also has beneficial or detrimental effects depending on individual factors such as resilience. We learn, are active and continue to develop - or are dissatisfied, over- or under-challenged and, in the worst case, fall ill.

With the BASA self-assessment, these effects can be made visible and thus influenced.

Entrepreneurs are confronted with new challenges every day. Resilience is an important skill for successfully overcoming these and staying healthy and productive at the same time. Find out which skills are particularly important for you in the start-up phase and use the individual analysis to check your current requirements and resilience.

  • What is stressing me out? Analyze requirements and your own resilience
  • Optimize requirements, build resilience: Develop practical approaches for everyday business life
  • Start a self-check on requirements and resilience and then refer to the competence requirement profiles for founders.
