A successful business model innovation challenges the logic of the industry. In order to attract cooperation partners and investors, these innovations must be brought to the point.
As part of the workshop, you will develop your business model further and innovate it with the 55 most successful business model patterns.
Pitch and reflect on your business model creation with experienced mentors, because "something is innovative when the market shouts hurray!".
