Dear Faculty,
Following our successful kickoff two weeks ago, we would like to cordially invite you again this week to the
the HSZG Digital Teaching Exchange on October 28 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. online via BigBlueButton ( link available upon request at deborah.halang@hszg.de).
Following a presentation by Dr. Sebastian Herrmann (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) on the topic “Digital Assignments in Thermodynamics,” there will once again be an opportunity for collegial discussion.
In cooperation with the D2C2 (ZWB) joint project, affiliated with the Vice President for Education and International Affairs, and the zfe, we cordially invite you to a new exchange format: “Digital Teaching Exchange.” In cooperation between the D2C2 joint project (ZWB), affiliated with the Vice President for Education and International Affairs (ZWB)—which is affiliated with the Vice Rector for Education and International Affairs—and the Centre for eLearning (zfe), we are opening a digital discussion forum for you every other Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to discuss topics related to digital teaching.
- What have been your experiences over four semesters of digital and hybrid teaching?
- Which methods and tools have you come to particularly appreciate in your teaching, and how have you maintained contact with your students?
Your experiences are of interest not only to us but also to your colleagues. That’s why we’d be delighted if you could share a ten-minute presentation on your digital teaching experiences at one of our meetings, before you and your colleagues engage in discussion and exchange ideas. If you already have an idea for a short presentation, please don’t hesitate to contact us at deborah.halang@hszg.de or call us at 03583/612 4862. We’d be happy to adjust our tentative schedule.
You can find the schedule and further information about the format in OPAL; please contact Deborah Halang at deborah.halang@hszg.de for the access link.
We’re eager to hear your topics and ideas and look forward to your participation.
