The 3rd conference is dedicated to the use of simulation games and game-related approaches in university didactics.
Engineers today develop in their companies using playful, agile processes or on the basis of computer simulations and business games. What is the current situation in university education in this regard, what are the latest developments?
At the "Spielend Lernen" conference from February 1 to 2, 2019, we will be taking an in-depth look at the use of simulation games, board games, serious games and other playful approaches in university didactics and research. The focus will be on engineering education and the STEM sector. Together we will explore the question: What approaches to simulation game methodology are there to map complex issues in the STEM field? We give participants the opportunity and space to try out and implement new simulation game formats.
