Project Manager Campus.Connect (m/f/d) - Keyword: 58-2025 BundID PM -

The Campus.Connect² project is designed to pilot and integrate BundID and the EUDI Wallet into University Administration. The tasks cover the following key areas:

Project Management:

• Project Coordination: Central coordination of the planning, steering, and monitoring of the Campus Connect project, including scheduling, resource allocation, and action planning, as well as the organization and facilitation of project committees and workshops.
• Interface management: Coordination and alignment among IT, academic departments, project partners, the SMWK, and the federal government.
• Documentation: Assisting with the preparation of results documentation and the preparation and delivery of results presentations.

Technical Contribution to the Project:

• Development of test concepts: Creation of detailed test plans and scenarios for all BundID and EUDI Wallet components.
• Conducting functional tests: Systematically verifying that BundID authentication, mapping, mailbox delivery, and VC issuance function in accordance with requirements.
• Preparation of operational documentation: Detailed documentation of the system architecture, configurations, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting (runbooks) for future IT operations.
• Training Materials: Creation of training and instructional materials for administrative staff (support, academic departments) and for end users (students).
• Reusability analysis: Documentation of project results and lessons learned to ensure the implementation can be replicated at other universities or institutions.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• a completed university degree programme in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable degree programme,
• Relevant professional experience,
• solid knowledge of project management,
• experience in testing and documentation,
• practical experience with higher education information systems, ideally with HISinOne and/or digital form management systems such as Formcycle.
