Project Manager Campus.Connect (m/f/d) - Keyword: 58-2025 BundID PM -

The Campus.Connect² project serves to pilot and integrate the BundID and the EUDI wallet into the University Administration. The tasks include the following key areas:

Project management in the project:

• Project coordination: central coordination of the planning, control and monitoring of the Campus Connect project, including time, resource and action planning as well as organization and moderation of project committees and workshops.
• Interface management: Coordination and coordination between IT, specialist departments, project partners, the SMWK and the federal government.
• Documentation: Support in the creation of results documentation and preparation and implementation of results presentations.

Technical collaboration in the project:

• Development of test concepts: creation of detailed test plans and scenarios for all BundID and EUDI wallet components.
• Carrying out functional tests: Systematically checking whether BundID authentication, mapping, mailbox delivery and VC delivery work according to requirements.
• Creation of operational documentation: Detailed documentation of the system architecture, configurations, maintenance processes and troubleshooting (runbooks) for subsequent IT operations.
• Training documents: Creation of training and instruction documents for administrative staff (support, specialist departments) and end users (students).
• Analysis of reusability: Documentation of the project results and lessons learned in order to make the implementation reproducible for other universities or institutions.

The following knowledge and skills are required

• University degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable course of study,
• relevant professional experience,
• sound knowledge of project management,
• experience in testing and documentation,
• practical experience with university information systems, ideally with HISinOne and/or digital form management systems such as Formcycle.
