As part of our public relations work, we take photos of our speakers and guests during our event.
These images are used for the following purpose:
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with § 13 para. 1 Art. 1 SächsDSG.
We may process the recordings further and publish them on our website www.hszg.de, on our Facebook profile (facebook.com/hszg) and on Instagram(instagram.com/hszg.de).
When publishing on our Facebook profile and on Instagram, it cannot be ruled out that data may be stored on servers outside the EU.
Furthermore, it cannot be ruled out that visitors to our website and our profiles on social networks may download and use images on their own PC or mobile device.
As part of our press work, we may pass on images to the press with a request for publication.
We will provide participating individuals and organizations with image material on request.
Your personal data will be stored for as long as it is required to achieve the stated purposes. This is generally the case at the end of the event.
In the case of events that are funded by third parties, the duration of the storage of personal data depends on the specifications of the third-party funding provider. As soon as the documentation and verification obligation ends, the data will be deleted.
