IPM Annual Research Report 2024 now online

Diverse insights into current research projects and innovative developments at the IPM

The new Annual Research Report 2024 of the Institute of Process Engineering, Process Automation and Metrology (IPM) is now available online: Click here.

The report clearly documents the current performance level of our scientific staff; in addition to a detailed presentation of our institute, you will find detailed insights into our ongoing research and development projects, our test facilities as well as our scientific activities and publications.

Increasing efficiency in reporting

For many years, the annual research report has been a tried-and-tested tool for presenting our institute's research and development activities transparently and making them accessible to a wider public. In 2020, this was converted from a static PDF and print version to a purely digital online version. This conversion made it possible for the first time to automatically read content from the research information system and the device database of the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences and integrate it directly into the report. This not only significantly simplifies the reporting process, but also improves the timeliness of the data and reduces potential sources of error. The equipment database, which has been available to students, employees and the public since 2020, also makes our technical equipment transparent and creates the basis for a knowledge network.

Insights and reviews for 2024

The 2024 edition once again offers you compact insights into new research approaches, innovative developments, our scientific publications and our support for young scientists. It is now available online at . We are always open to your feedback and suggestions regarding the content and design of the Annual Research Report and look forward to hearing from you.
