Do you have a clear picture of your customers in mind? Of course, at first glance it is easier to keep a target group as vague as possible so as not to exclude anyone. However, this always carries risks in terms of your communication and marketing. After all, a target group defines your desired customers with whom you would love to work. The better you know them, the better you can tailor your communication and sales process to them.
In this practical workshop, you will therefore create your target group for your company. You will then send your target group on a customer journey to purchase your products. The individual stages will give you initial clues about your customers' possible decision-making paths, points of contact with your company and a collection of ideas for your marketing. This creates an initial marketing concept that is precisely tailored to your target group and their needs.
The appearance of your company also plays a role here. Whether consciously or unconsciously, design influences our decisions. - In theory, your company can have any color, font and logo you want. However, it makes more strategic sense if the appearance of your company also reflects your corporate values. And thus your marketing for your customers is unconsciously shaped by your values.
In the workshop, you will receive input on selected methods. Afterwards, you can work independently on your target group, marketing and branding with the help of various worksheets that will be provided to you. In another session, you can compare your considerations with the Sinus Milieus (statistical surveys on income, lifestyle, openness to advertising, ...) to get a comprehensive picture of your target group.
