What value proposition do I give to which target group? What do I do myself? What do I buy? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point in financial planning. In this course, you will learn about aspects of business model development based on your business idea and the "Business Model Canvas" method. This includes analyzing the value creation processes of a business idea, developing profit mechanisms and carrying out a resource analysis.
Start-up grants such as the current InnoStart bonus program of the Free State of Saxony or the funding program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the EXIST start-up grant, focus on start-up ideas with innovative business models.
As part of the workshop, you will develop your business model and innovate it with the 55 successful business model samples.
