Monique Ritter will present the current status of her research project on racism-critical organizational development in outpatient care facilities for discussion. After a thematic introduction, contextualization and a brief presentation of the project in terms of content and methodology, the participants of the research colloquium will discuss emerging and selected questions, possible gaps and application perspectives.
