Virtual matriculation ceremony

On behalf of the Rectorate of Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, Rector Prof. Dr.-Ing. Alexander Kratzsch cordially invites you to the enrolment ceremony for students in the new 2020/2021 academic year.

The enrolment ceremony will take place virtually this year. We will broadcast it from 18:00 via live stream on our YouTube channel.

  • Symbolic welcome of the first semester students by the Vice President for Education and International Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sophia Keil
  • Awarding of the DAAD prize by the Head (of divison) for Education and International Affairs, Dr. Stefan Kühne
  • Symbolic handover of this year's Germany Scholarships
  • Awarding of prizes by the Friends' Association for outstanding academic achievements in 2020
  • We for you! The Student Council of Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences introduces itself.

Electronic music meets high voltage

DJs EVOK (Nostromo Görlitz) and TeNcHu (ODW-Supagang*'s) will be playing in the high-voltage hall and we will broadcast the DJ set live into your living room. Cool music and an exciting location with fantastic visuals - so your studies can get the party started despite the pandemic.
