Entrepreneurial personality - postponed to summer semester 2022

The following topics are covered in the interactive workshop:

• The basics of communication,
• How people "tick" and why it is normal that we sometimes do not understand each other,
• Getting to know your own personality based on a personality analysis according to C. G. Jung,
• Developing strategies on how a company can be structured in an ideal way in order to create a
• corporate culture of mutual mindfulness and appreciation,
• Developing ways to create and maintain a working atmosphere of well-being,
• Comparison of behavioral types (C. G. Jung) and communication types according to R. Morgan,
• Type-appropriate management of employees,
• Approaching customers and interested parties in a manner appropriate to their type.

The knowledge gained is reflected upon again and again and the resulting benefits are discussed.
