Lecture series - Skills development for entrepreneurs and why stress can be helpful

The Startup Revier EAST, a joint project of the BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg and the TH Wildau to strengthen the start-up spirit in southern Brandenburg and Lusatia, invites you, in cooperation with the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, to the first joint lecture series in the winter semester 2021/2022. The three universities will alternate a total of six dates on different topics related to the start-up process.

Begin 08. December 2021 - 17:30 Uhr
End 08. December 2021 - 19:00 Uhr

Entrepreneurs are confronted with new challenges every day. Resilience is an important skill for successfully overcoming these challenges and staying healthy and productive at the same time.

Find out which skills are particularly important for you in the start-up phase and check your current requirements and resilience in the individual analysis.

  • How resilient am I? Analyze your own requirements and resilience
  • Optimize requirements, build resilience: Practical approaches for everyday life as an entrepreneur

The lecture will be held by Prof. Matthias Schmidt (Professor of Work & Organizational Psychology at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences),  David Sauer (HSZG Start-up Academy) and Katharina Roitzsch (novaworx).

Further information and access to the lecture can be found here.

Registration is not required.
