Foundation workshop: Inventory and overview

In this series of events, we will find out what you already have on board and what you still need to develop your idea into a business model. As part of our two-day event program, on 30.11 you will have the opportunity to experience a crash course on the start-up process with David Sauer from the start-up academy at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. This will be followed by a presentation of the Business Model Canvas. A tool for reviewing your start-up idea based on various factors. On December 1, we want to take a closer look at your start-up idea with the Business Model Canvas, see where you are already very well positioned and where there may still be room for improvement. The events are explained individually below. If you would like to attend an event, please fill in the registration form so that we can estimate how many people will attend. If it turns out to be spontaneous, you are also very welcome.

A crash course on the start-up process

Questions arise in your start-up process that you simply can't answer on your own? No problem, just come and join us at the ahoj. We have invited David Sauer from the start-up academy at Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences. He has been accompanying founders for many years and knows the worries and concerns they have at the beginning of their journey. He will show you the typical stages of a start-up and give you an overview of what prospective founders can expect in the start-up process. He will then be available to answer your questions.

When does an idea become a business model? What do I need to think about? Following the event 'A crash course on the start-up process', we will get specific and introduce the Business Model Canvas. With this method for business model development, you can use 9 key competencies to gain an overview of where your plans are already well positioned and which areas you can still work on. The event gives you an introduction to the method and prepares you for the advanced event 'Business Model Canvas under the magnifying glass'.

At this event, we will work with you to find out how you can make the Business Model Canvas work for you. Your business model will be scrutinized on the basis of 9 key competencies. Have you always wondered how you can break down a business idea into the most important points? With the Business Model Canvas, we give you a simple representation that you can take home with you at the end.
