From the business idea to the business model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept. During the workshop, you will develop your business model according to the CANVAS Business Model format.

What value proposition do I offer to which target audience? What do I do myself? What do I outsource? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In this course, you’ll learn about the key aspects of business model development using your own business idea and the “Business Model Canvas” method. Among other things, you’ll analyze the value creation processes of a business idea, develop revenue models, and conduct a resource analysis.
Startup grants such as the current InnoStartBonus program, the Technology Startup Grant, or the EXIST Startup Grant focus on startup ideas with innovative business models.
This course is offered with the support of the IHK Dresden Görlitz Office and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Görlitz e.V.
