From the business idea to the business model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept. During the workshop, you will develop your business model according to the CANVAS Business Model format.

What value proposition do I give to which target group? What do I do myself? What do I buy? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point in financial planning. In this course, you will learn about aspects of business model development based on your business idea and the "Business Model Canvas" method. This includes analyzing the value creation processes of a business idea, developing profit mechanisms and carrying out a resource analysis.
Start-up grants such as the current InnoStartBonus program, the technology start-up grant or the EXIST start-up grant focus on start-up ideas with innovative business models.
This course is organized with the support of the IHK Dresden Görlitz office and the Wirtschaftsjunioren Görlitz e.V.
