From the business idea to the business model. The business model is the foundation of a successful business concept. During the workshop, you will develop your business model into a business model innovation.

What value proposition do I offer to which target audience? What do I do myself? What do I outsource? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In this course, you’ll learn about various aspects of business model development using your own business idea and the “Business Model Canvas” method. Among other things, you’ll analyze the value creation processes of a business idea, develop revenue models, and conduct a resource analysis.
Startup grants such as the current InnoStartBonus program, the Technology Startup Grant, or the EXIST Startup Grant focus on startup ideas with innovative business models.
During the workshop, you’ll develop your business model and innovate it using the 55 successful business model patterns.
Pitch and reflect on your business model creation with experienced mentors, because “Something is innovative when the market cheers!”
