Business model innovation workshop (online)

What value proposition do I offer to which target audience? What do I do myself? What do I outsource? These are the core questions of a business model and an important starting point for financial planning. In this course, you’ll learn about the aspects of business model development based on your business idea and the “Business Model Canvas” method. Among other things, you’ll analyze the value creation processes of a business idea, develop revenue mechanisms, and conduct a resource analysis.

Startup grants, such as the Free State of Saxony’s current InnoStart Bonus Program or the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy’s EXIST Startup Grant, focus on startup ideas with innovative business models.

During the workshop, you will develop your business model and innovate it using the 55 successful business model templates.
