Lausitz is undergoing a transformation—and research, innovation, and international cooperation play a central role in this process. The exhibition “Hi!Lusatia – Research Opens New Horizons” invites visitors to discover the region’s future from new perspectives.
More than a dozen partners from the fields of science, education, and regional development are jointly presenting current research projects, ideas for the future, and development prospects for Lausitz. This highlights how the region is evolving into an internationally connected hub for research and innovation, and what opportunities this creates for training, higher education, and careers.
Interactive exhibits, digital content, and personal stories offer insights into the work of researchers. At the same time, the exhibition presents surprising perspectives on Lausitz from scientists around the world.
The exhibition is aimed at residents of the region as well as visitors from Germany and abroad, and invites attendees to engage in conversation with researchers and regional development stakeholders.
Lectures, panel discussions, and other events will take place alongside the exhibition.
