Workshop on Business Administration Fundamentals for Entrepreneurs (online)
To prepare for a successful startup, you also need an understanding of Business Administration and the necessary tools. With the SysTeamsBusiness business simulation game, we aim to tackle business management issues during the startup phase in a fun and engaging way.

The content of the event will be adapted to the new format.
This event provides basic knowledge in Business Administration that is relevant not only for starting a business but also for taking on leadership roles in small and medium-sized enterprises. The workshop focuses on the issues that may arise when financing a business idea. An understanding of terms from the field of Business Administration is the foundation for business planning and also serves as an important basis for discussions with banks, savings banks, and other financial institutions.
Key topics covered in the course include the fundamentals of strategic planning, production planning, sales planning, cost estimation, cost accounting, income statements, balance sheets, key financial ratios, and liquidity planning.
This course is also suitable for students and interested individuals from all disciplines who have little or no prior knowledge of business administration.
