Attention high voltage! Zittau reads for the heart
On the evening of May 17, the doors to the high voltage facility will open for the Great Zittau Night of Reading.

As part of the action week for the Capital of Culture bid, the Great Zittau Reading Night will take place on May 17. Under the motto “Zittau Reads for the Heart,” Upper Lusatians will read aloud from their favorite books every half hour at special locations for fellow Upper Lusatians and guests.
Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences is also participating in the Reading Night with its high voltage facility. There, researchers will captivate the audience with thrilling books—both by other authors and their own. The wait until the next reading can be used for a leisurely stroll to the next venue.
Visitors can also look forward to the spectacular effects of a dynamic high-voltage experiment.
