1st cozy evening with picnic at Lake Olbersdorf

Discover the idyll of the former open-cast mine with other new arrivals. The lake, which was flooded in 1999, is just a stone's throw from the campus and a popular place to unwind. Despite the pandemic, it's a good place to be and keeping your distance is no problem at all.

  • Zittau student canteen, in front of the main entrance (we’ll then walk together to the lake)

Self-contribution:

  • Bring your own food for a small picnic

  • Please bring your own mouth and nose protection.
  • Please also observe the other hygiene rules due to the corona pandemic. You will find them here soon...
